Gabriel, icon of freedom and self-affirmation of Man in a renewed relationship with Nature, illuminated with the tricolor flag by the Mayor of Lajatico (PI) Alessio Barbafieri, village of origin of Andrea Bocelli next to Pisa, it is a highly symbolic and universal impactful image of this painful and difficult moment for Italy.
Beyond the pain for those who are no longer there and the gratitude for those who have fought and contained the disease, as well as new habits and new restrictions, my wish is that we can find a new collective awareness of the fragility of life. To subject technologies to the rhythms of biology, and not the other way around. Where Art is the inspiration for all of positive and constructive thoughts... towards the project of a better future in which to live in. Because this challenge is on our shoulders. History tells us. And we must live it conscious of being the protagonists of the whole of Humanity ".
