Ristoro da Nello, a typical restaurant in the heart of Lajatico, in collaboration with Laura Tartarelli Art Gallery, dedicates a dish from its menu to Gabriel sculpture.
In this way the territory celebrates the sculpture that in 2019 was the symbol and scenography of the show Ali di Libertà by Andrea Bocelli at the Teatro del Silenzio. And in 2020 he accompanied the community beyond the fears and inconveniences of covid-19.
An extraordinary honor to remember moments and deep emotions experienced in Lajatico with the authenticity of the traditional flavors of Tuscan cuisine, which excite the palate as art warms the heart.
